To support our growth, we're expanding our outbound sales team and looking for individuals who can help us connect with homeowners and generate new business opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers and creating opportunities for our service teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to homeowners
- Introducing our services and company
- Identifying qualified prospects
- Building rapport and trust
- Overcoming objections professionally
- Booking estimates and service appointments
- Recording call outcomes and lead information
- Following company sales processes and systems
You'll be provided with scripts, training, lead lists, and support, while still having the flexibility to develop your own sales style.

Compensation & Earning Potential
Your compensation is directly tied to the results you generate.
Performance-Based Earnings Include:
- $50-$100 earned per subscription sale
- 20% commission on additional services sold
- Performance bonuses for strong production
- Advancement opportunities into leadership roles
There is no fixed earning cap.
The more conversations you have, appointments you generate, and customers you help bring into the company, the greater your earning potential.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Previous sales or cold calling experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable phone system (mobile or VoIP)
- Computer or laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Professional attitude
- Ability to manage your own schedule and workload
