The Opportunity: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, connecting business owners with the funding they need to thrive. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, while providing financial solutions that create meaningful impact. This is a relationship-driven, high-energy role with uncapped earning potential and endless opportunities to learn, grow, and win.

What You’ll Do
- B2B Outreach: Connect with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their goals and uncover funding opportunities.
- Drive the Sales Process: Own the complete sales cycle—from first contact to signed deal—using a proven, structured process.
- Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through key business growth decisions.
- Collaborate for Impact: Share strategies, insights, and successes with a supportive, motivated team.
- Work onsite at office in TMR.
What You Bring
- B2B Sales Success: 3–5 years of experience in business-to-business sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Full-Cycle Sales Skills: Expertise in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing in competitive markets.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to build trust and convey value.
- Goal-Oriented & Resilient: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track, manage, and optimize your pipeline.
- Team Player: A collaborative spirit who adds to a strong, supportive sales culture.

Interview Process in a flash:
1. Virtual Phone Screening
A brief 15-minute introduction with a member of our HR team via Google Meet. We’ll share more about the role, team, culture, and mission while learning about your background.
2. Onsite Interview
A 30-minute in-person interview with our HR Director and Sales Manager, focused on your experience, skillset, and overall fit for the role.
4. Decision
You will receive either an offer or feedback following the final stage.
