Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor/Server to lead our dining team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to safety protocols
- Lead and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and managing staff performance
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Micros POS systems), and daily financial reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with food handling, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with food industry tasks such as serving, food presentation, and kitchen support when needed
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance to enhance guest satisfaction
- Support restaurant management in implementing policies and achieving operational goals
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant environment
- Extensive food service experience including serving, food preparation, and kitchen support
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
- Barista experience or bar service background is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
