We are seeking an experienced Deck Builder, Fence, and Other Related Tasks to join our team. This is a skilled position for someone who can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to build decks to specification
- Set footings, frame structures, install deck surfaces, and complete railings
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Safely transport tools and materials to and from jobsites with a truck and trailer
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every project
Requirements:
- Proven experience building decks independently (please do not apply if you cannot build a full deck start to finish)
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety practices
- Ability to read and work from prints
- Valid G driver’s license
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
