Are you someone who loves bringing ideas to life, managing projects from start to finish, and helping people embrace new initiatives? We're looking for an organized, proactive, and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Project Manager & Implementation Specialist.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the successful execution of projects and programs that enhance the experience of our member network. You'll work closely with multiple departments to coordinate initiatives, improve processes, and ensure new programs are implemented smoothly and effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning and scheduling through implementation and follow-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Support the launch of new member programs, operational initiatives, partnerships, and service enhancements.
- Guide members through the adoption of new tools, systems, and processes, providing hands-on support when needed.
- Monitor project milestones, identify potential challenges, and develop practical solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Create and improve operational processes, documentation, and best practices that enhance efficiency across the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Track the effectiveness of programs using performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase participation and overall success.
- Prepare project updates, implementation reports, and status summaries for leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, implementation, operations, member services, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Comfortable learning new systems and supporting others through change.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; experience with retail or POS systems such as Lightspeed is considered an asset.
- Experience working with retail organizations, franchise networks, buying groups, or member-based organizations is an advantage.
