Key Responsibilities
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Proactively connect with guests, understand their unique needs, and guide them seamlessly through the vehicle selection and sales process.
- Become a Product Expert: Stay up-to-date on the latest Chevrolet and Cadillac lineups, innovative vehicle technology, and current sales promotions to provide top-tier advice.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Partner closely with our Finance, Service, and Detail teams to ensure a smooth, worry-free delivery for every customer.
- Showroom Pride: Maintain the high standards of our dealership by ensuring vehicle presentations and customer workspaces are clean, welcoming, and professional.
