What You'll Do
As a Project Manager at Entergrade, you get to:
· Run the show
Own the full journey of multiple Microsoft-focused SaaS and consulting projects simultaneously from kickoff energy to final delivery. Keep scope, budget, and timelines in lockstep.
· Chart the course
Turn ambiguity into clarity. Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans that give distributed cross-functional teams a single source of truth to rally around.
· Be the client's champion
Become the trusted face our clients rely on. Build genuine relationships, set honest expectations, and deliver the kind of experience that turns a project into a long-term partnership.
· Break down walls
Bridge engineering, consulting, and operations teams. Cut through ambiguity, clear blockers before they become problems, and keep the momentum of delivery humming.
· Stay two steps ahead
Monitor project health with a sharp eye on risks and performance signals. Spot trouble early and execute mitigation strategies before they ever reach the client.
· Build the backbone
Maintain documentation that's useful. Sharp status reports, clear comms, and airtight project records that keep the team informed.
Core Requirements
· 5+ years of project management experience in software development, technology consulting, or SaaS environments
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft and partner ecosystems
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working in a fully remote
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in client-facing leadership roles
· Experience using project management tools and platforms for planning, tracking, and reporting (for example Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
· A proactive mindset with strong risk identification and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
· Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile credentials
