The successful candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or barista positions, and must be between the age of 18-30. The employer will prioritize the recruitment of the youth who face barriers to employment. Priority will also be given to candidates with prior experience in a retail setting. Smart Serve Certification and Safe Food Handling is an asset!
But, the most important attribute we look for in a potential team member is a positive outlook/attitude and someone who is willing to look out for their fellow co-workers.
