Peterson is looking for a Marketing Manager that will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Peterson’s residential development portfolio. This role will lead the digital and performance side of project marketing — including CRM management, digital campaigns, SEO/AEO strategy, analytics, and optimization — while also supporting broader marketing initiatives including advertising, campaign coordination, partnerships, collateral, and project launches. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong knowledge of real estate marketing, digital platforms, customer journeys, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting development and execution of project marketing strategies across multiple developments;

Managing integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, email, web, and on-site channels;

Coordinating advertising placements, media schedules, campaign rollouts, and marketing deliverables;

Assisting with project launches, presentation centre marketing, partnerships, activations, and events;

Leading digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, AEO, email marketing, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns;

Overseeing website performance, landing page optimization, customer journeys, and conversion opportunities;

Monitoring and optimize campaign performance using analytics, reporting, and audience insights;

Staying current on digital trends, AI-enabled tools, and emerging marketing technologies;

Managing CRM systems, lead flow processes, audience segmentation, and marketing automations;

Developing reporting dashboards and track campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics;

Using data and market insights to support decision-making and optimize marketing strategies;
-
Collaborating with Sales teams to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting;

Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Development, Communications, and Construction;

Managing relationships with agencies, media partners, consultants, and external vendors; and
-
Developing clear creative and campaign briefs and providing strategic feedback throughout execution.
What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience, preferably within real estate development or project-based industries;

Completion of a College degree or diploma;

Strong understanding of residential presale marketing and customer acquisition strategies;

Understanding of SEO, AEO, website optimization and lead generation best practices;

Expertise in digital marketing platforms, paid media, CRMS systems and campaign analytics;

Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards;

Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging digital trends is an asset;

Efficient and effective time and project management, demonstrating accountability and ability to meet tight timelines under high-pressure while producing high quality and accurate work;

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to stay efficient

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve using effective written and verbal communication

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience.
