Sales Representative – Digital Marketing

Impact IQ Marketing is rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. The role centers on closing inbound leads generated through our funnels, maintaining an organized and up-to-date HubSpot pipeline, and handling outbound opportunities as required.
The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial dealmaker with a proven record of driving revenue. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly motivated team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and close inbound sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within HubSpot
- Conduct outbound outreach and client acquisition when required
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Contribute to a performance-driven, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience
- Minimum 3 years remote sales experience
- Background in tech or digital marketing sales is a strong asset
- Experience closing 5+ figure, long-term contracts is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed quotas
- Skilled in both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills (HubSpot preferred)
