We are expanding and seeking an experienced, high-level Dental Practice Management Consultant with deep expertise in dental operations, team leadership, and business growth strategy.
About the Role
As a Dental Practice Management Consultant, you will work directly with dentists, practice owners, and leadership teams to assess operations, identify growth opportunities, and implement systems that improve profitability, efficiency, and patient experience.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who understands both the clinical and business sides of dentistry and has a proven track record of helping practices achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive practice assessments and operational reviews
- Analyze practice performance, KPIs, scheduling systems, and workflows
- Develop and implement customized growth strategies
- Improve team accountability, communication, and operational efficiency
- Support hygiene department optimization and patient retention systems
- Advise on practice growth, associate integration, and operational improvements
- Coach leadership teams on best practices in dental practice management
- Provide ongoing consulting support and strategic guidance to clients
QualificationsRequired:
- 10+ years of experience in dental practice management
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations, systems, and workflows
- Proven success improving practice performance and profitability
- Experience leading and coaching dental teams
- Strong understanding of scheduling, production, collections, and KPIs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to build trust with clients and teams
- Highly organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience in dental consulting or multi-practice management
- Experience with practice growth strategies and operational optimization
- Familiarity with dental software platforms (Cleardent experience considered an asset)
- Background in business development, coaching, or leadership training
