This role will turn operational data into dashboards, analytics and actionable insights that improve business decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and flows.
- Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Use Tableau Prep, Python, and SQL to clean, validate, and combine data.
- Create reusable data sources, calculations, and KPI definitions.
- Monitor dashboard refreshes, data quality, and performance.
- Present insights clearly to operational and leadership teams.
- Maintain documentation and continuously improve analytics processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- One to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- One to two years of experience developing Tableau dashboards.
- Experience with SQL and multiple data sources.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, Python, and database technologies.
- Exposure to Hive, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, or BigQuery is an asset.
- Experience with BigQuery, AI tools, or machine-learning concepts is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to explain data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
