We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Barista/ team Member (part-time and full-time).
We are looking for someone who learns quickly, is committed for the long term, and has excellent customer service skills with a confident personality and strong interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking initiative and, over time, managing and leading a team. Previous experience in food, coffee, or hospitality is mandatory.
The café is very busy, we need someone who can handle a heavy workload and peak hours.
The position will be mostly for week-end shifts (Friday to Sunday)

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
- Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Prepare and serve food items while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and well-organized.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service, especially during peak hours.
- Follow food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is mandatory.
- Barista experience
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food service operations.
