About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Warehouse Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing overnight warehouse activities, inventory verification, shipment monitoring, and operational reporting to ensure smooth next-day warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct overall warehouse inventory counts and location audits.
- Verify warehouse locations based on daily sorting reports.
- Identify and relocate internal circulation freight (e.g., missed loading shipments) to designated areas.
- Combine Amazon outbound shipments scheduled for next-day dispatch.
- Upload and maintain sorting machine reports.
- Print shipping labels and reports for next-day sorting operations and newly arrived container unloading activities.
- Monitor overnight container pickup activities.
- Track and verify overnight container deliveries and check-ins.
- Follow up on empty container returns and ensure timely completion.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Valid forklift certification and previous forklift operating experience are preferred.
