Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Immigration Assistant to join our legal team. This role involves supporting immigration-related casework through client initiation, document preparation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and (ideally) familiarity with legal procedures related to immigration processes. More About the Job
· Assist lawyers with administrative work.
· Facilitate client and inter-office communications.
· communication with stakeholders and client communication (verbal and written)
· Organize and manage clients and their files.
· Full-time position at the office.

Minimum Qualifications
· Experience in work permits and/or permanent residence applications an asset.
· Bachelor's degree from a recognized and reputable university.
· Enjoyment in caring and helping clients.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent writing skills.
· One year of law firm experience an asset.
