CNC Metal Manufacturing Manager directs precision machining operations, overseeing the lifecycle of parts from raw steel to finished components. They optimize production schedules, lead programming teams, and enforce quality control.
Requirements:
Must have working knowledge of Structural steel CNC
Planning daily operations, ensure machines run efficiently, and meeting tight shipping deadlines
Problem-solving under pressure, cross-departmental communication, and resource management.
Program and set up CNC to accurately cut material according to design specifications

Operate CNC safely and efficiently, monitoring production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
Collaborate with design and project manager to interpret technical drawings and optimize cutting paths for efficient material usage.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance and limit downtime.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practice at all times
Track incoming and outgoing material
Operate overhead crane
