Georgetown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about customer service, inventory management, and building a high-performing team.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the Parts Department while working closely with the Service Department, Sales Department, and manufacturer partners to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
- Lead, coach, and develop Parts Advisors and department staff.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while controlling obsolescence.
- Monitor department performance, profitability, and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturer representatives.
- Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts.
- Support technicians and advisors by ensuring accurate and efficient parts availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Develop strategies to increase wholesale and retail parts sales.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership.
- Strong knowledge of Chrysler/Stellantis parts operations is considered an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with dealership management systems is an asset.
- Strong inventory management and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
