About People Hearing
We're a growing network of audiology and ENT clinics across Alberta, Ontario, and BC, on a mission to make hearing care simple, accessible, and life-changing. We remove the barriers — cost, complexity, confusion — that stop people from hearing well. Real people. Real hearing.
We move fast, we care deeply, and we like working with people who do the same.
We believe better hearing isn't just about technology, it's about people, relationships, and education. That's where the Marketing Coordinator comes in.
About the role
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who wants to actually do the work, not just shadow it. You'll sit alongside our marketing team and own projects from idea to execution: social posts, external campaigns, internal comms, events, supplier coordination, patient engagement, the whole stack.
It's a great fit for someone passionate about marketing, content, and brand-building who wants real reps in project management, SEO, social advertising, content creation, and reporting. Eight weeks, full-time, with strong potential to extend for the right person.
What you'll work on
- Plan, schedule, and produce content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Run marketing projects end-to-end: define the problem, propose a solution, get approval, execute, refine, track results, report back
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, designers, and printers to keep projects moving
- Support internal communications — newsletters, team updates, clinic rollouts
- Help plan and run patient events and community activations
- Keep our clinics stocked with the right marketing materials, signage, and supplies
- Touch every channel — traditional print, digital ads, social, email, in-clinic
- Track budgets, deadlines, and outcomes; report results back to the team
You're a great fit if you
- Are a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next
- Solve problems with whatever's in front of you — resourceful, scrappy, organized
- Communicate clearly in writing and in conversation
- Can juggle multiple projects without dropping any
- Have an eye for design and a feel for what makes content land
- Are comfortable with social media platforms, Canva, Microsoft 365
- Care about people and want your work to matter
Bonus points for
- Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, business, or design
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, basic photo and video editing, or email marketing tools
- Exposure to SEO, Google Analytics, or paid social advertising
- Event planning experience (any kind — student council counts)
