The Position
MTO Sales is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse & Sales Counter Associate to join our team.
This role combines warehouse operations with sales counter customer service support. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative in their day-to-day responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a wide range of industrial and HVAC products.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Duties
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks
- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
Sales Counter & Customer Service
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
- Take customer orders and accurately pick products
- Process returns and payments
- Provide product information and general customer assistance
- Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
- Work closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure orders are completed efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience preferred
- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to become certified)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and ownership
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and bondable
- Ability to frequently lift up to 70 lbs
- Must be able to stand and move throughout the workday, including extended periods of up to 8 hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skill
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time (40 hrs per week)

Experience
- Warehouse experience: 1 year preferred
