We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Part-Time Material Delivery Driver to transport construction materials, equipment parts, tools, and supplies to various construction sites and company locations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and interacting with customers and construction professionals.
This role is particularly well-suited for retired or semi-retired individuals who want to remain active, earn supplemental income, and continue contributing their skills in a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver construction materials, tools, equipment parts, and supplies to job sites.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Verify delivery orders and ensure all items are delivered accurately and in good condition.
- Obtain signatures and maintain delivery documentation, logs, and records.
- Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, project managers, and site supervisors regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory when not making deliveries.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of company vehicles and work areas.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service at all delivery locations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery, warehouse, construction, or logistics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is an asset.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Ability to load and unload deliveries throughout the day.

Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 10–30 hours per week.
- Flexible weekday hours.
