POSITION OVERVIEW
Alpha Community Outreach (ACO) is seeking 1 experienced Student Recruitment & Admissions Managers to lead student recruitment, student advising, admissions oversight, and office performance for our BC office.
This role is ideal for former college staff, university admissions staff, enrollment managers, student advisors, education consultants, or student recruitment professionals with strong leadership and student conversion experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment operations for the regional office
- Oversee student advisors, admin staff, reception, and support teams
- Manage daily office performance, lead accountability, and enrollment targets
- Review student applications, documentation, and file accuracy before submission
- Ensure all new student leads are followed up within company SLA timelines
- Monitor CRM pipelines, lead progression, and office conversion ratios
- Handle escalated student concerns, admissions delays, and problem-solving cases
- Improve student conversion, enrollment completion, and retention rates
- Train, coach, and manage office staff performance
- Maintain strong reporting and communication with head office
- Ensure compliance with student documentation, internal procedures, and quality control

- Student advisor or education consultant
- Enrollment manager

- Career pathway advisor
- Private career college recruitment background (asset)
- Domestic student recruitment experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years experience in student recruitment, admissions, education consulting, or enrollment management
- 5+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong student consultation and advisory skills
- Experience handling student applications and documentation
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel / GHL is an asset)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong follow-up discipline and accountability
- Ability to manage office KPIs and performance
