We are looking for hardscape brick layer and installers, the ideal candidate must be fully proficient in building retaining walls, laying interlock pavers, and constructing walkways. This role emphasizes hands-on hardscape construction in an engaging team atmosphere.
Requirements
- Handle daily loading and unloading of supplies
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp project scope
- Install hardscape elements according to site plans
- Maintain high standards in construction practices
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Proficient with power and manual tools (chop saws, hammers, measuring tools, etc.)
- Willingness to read/learn technical drawings
- Good knowledge of English and basic math
- Good endurance and the ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions
- Able to perform other landscaping tasks as needed
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract required

Job Duties
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Lay out and install concrete/stone pavers, walkways, patios, and structural retaining walls according to design specifications
- Calculate and execute correct excavation depths, aggregate base laying, and compaction to prevent settling
- Safely operate masonry saws, plate compactors, transit levels, and other specialized hardscaping equipment
- Maintain clean lines, square corners, and perfectly level installations
