KleoMaxim Property Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Barrie.
This position involves maintaining new residential subdivisions and ensuring each property is completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Mow lawns using both push mowers and commercial lawn equipment
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, and driveways using a string trimmer
- Trim around trees, fences, signs, and other obstacles
- Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and roads
- Perform daily equipment checks and keep tools clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance on site
Requirements:
- Valid G-Class driver’s licence with reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must provide a clean criminal record check
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical work
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset, but training will be provided
