Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC mills/lathes . Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.
- Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components.
- Program CNC machines using CAD software, including SolidWorks, to create precise machining instructions.
- Assemble parts and components as required, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and enhance production workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of CNC machinery.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Familiarity with programming languages used for CNC operations.
- Experience with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is highly desirable.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
