Position Overview
We are seeking driven, reliable individuals to join our team as full-time painters. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values doing things the right way. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior painting projects throughout Kingston and the surrounding area, delivering consistently high-quality results as part of a close-knit, professional crew.
Key Responsibilities
Interior Painting
- Brush and roll application with an emphasis on clean lines, smooth finishes, and cleanliness throughout the process
- Surface preparation, including puttying, sanding, and minor drywall repairs
- Ladder work and safe setup in varied interior environments
Exterior Painting
- Prep work including scraping, sanding, and priming for durability and longevity
- Painting using ladders and working at heights
- Maintaining clean, efficient, and organized job sites
