Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with plumbing, welding, boilers, and appliance repair. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects utilizing schematics and construction skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
- Conduct plumbing and welding tasks as needed for system modifications or repairs
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge
- Repair or replace boilers, appliances, and other mechanical components within HVAC systems
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
- Document service activities accurately in company records and communicate effectively with clients regarding system status and recommendations
Skills
- Proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with construction practices related to HVAC systems installation
- Mechanical or mechanic experience preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly to clients and team members

Pay: $22.49-$53.19 per hour
