Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Replace screens, batteries, and internal components with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in cell phone/electronics repair (1+ years preferred).
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in computer hardware can be beneficial for understanding device components.
