Working as part of the Digital Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will balance content creation and digital marketing strategy. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on planning, filming, editing, and producing digital assets, including video content, GIFs, photography, and campaign creative. This includes operating professional or prosumer video production equipment, capturing high-quality footage in office and on location, and producing engaging content for multiple digital channels. The remaining 50% of the role will support the execution of British Columbia’s social media strategy, advise field marketers on integrated digital campaigns, and leverage reporting and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
The successful candidate will also partner closely with the Marketing Managers to support marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across British Columbia’s key sectors, growth priorities, and strategic initiatives.
This role collaborates with local BC and National Marketing & Communications teams to support the firm's digital marketing priorities. What you will do:
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop digital content and assets that support marketing initiatives and campaigns, including video, podcast, blog, photography, and social media content. Support all stages of content production, including concept development, storyboarding, scripting, operating camera, lighting and audio equipment, filming on location and in office, editing, and producing engaging digital content for multiple channels.

Plan and coordinate video shoots, including equipment setup, lighting, audio capture, and production logistics, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.

Develop compelling, audience-focused social media copy for both organic and paid campaigns that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports business objectives.

Liaise with external agency to execute paid digital campaigns and oversee campaign performance, monitoring, and reporting.

Support the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including planning, deployment, measurement, reporting, and optimization.

Act as a trusted advisor to marketers by sharing digital marketing best practices and building social media knowledge across the team.

Provide recommendations on digital deliverables and leverage data-driven insights to maximize campaign effectiveness and business impact.

Collaborate with National web teams and local stakeholders to manage website content updates and enhancements.

Work alongside external agency partners to manage and maintain the firm’s Google Business Profiles, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and optimized.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
What you bring to this role:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing.

2+ years of experience in coordinating multi-channel digital programs.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro for video editing. Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Audition is considered an asset.

Hands-on experience operating professional video production equipment, including DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and related accessories.

Experience planning, filming, and producing marketing video content from concept through final delivery.

Experience with a digital analytics solution like Google or Adobe Analytics.

Agile approach to creative problem solving and looking for insight that is outside of the box.

Excellent written communication and project management skills to prepare accurate reports for cross-functional marketing teams.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Technical knowledge of various platforms including content management system (CMS) and technologies, including SharePoint, HTML, XML, CSS, RSS, Flash and image editing software, web reporting and measurement, analytics and metadata; Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.

KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
In British Columbia, the expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $65,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
