Aceso Medical is seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist (ENT Specialist) to join our growing specialty clinic in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta. The successful candidate will deliver expert clinical care in the diagnosis and management of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused position
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage conditions including chronic sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, tonsillitis, rhinitis, nasal polyps, voice and swallowing disorders, and head and neck masses
- Conduct and interpret audiological assessments, nasopharyngoscopy, and other ENT-specific investigations
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans encompassing medical management, minor in-clinic procedures, and appropriate surgical referrals
- Provide long-term follow-up and disease management for patients with complex or recurrent ENT conditions
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation using the clinic's electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and other allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary tea
Administrative & Collaborative
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and medical records.
- Refer patients to appropriate specialists as required.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
- Mentor residents and medical students where applicable.
- Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Pay: $300,000.00-$350,000.00 per year
