Customer Interaction and Sales:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Showcase vehicles and explain features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
- Conduct test drives and address any concerns or questions customers may have.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including negotiation, financing options, and paperwork completion.
- Close sales transactions efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Skyline Autogroup Ltd.'s vehicle inventory, including models, trim levels, and available options.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements in automotive products.
- Participate in ongoing training programs provided by the company to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and ensure smooth handover processes for customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including sales, finance, and service, to provide seamless customer experiences.
- Share insights, best practices, and market feedback with team members to drive continuous improvement and collective success.
Sales Performance and Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and prospect for new customers to drive revenue growth.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensing, advertising standards, and consumer protection laws.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as vehicle merchandising, pricing updates, and stock audits.
- Attend team meetings, sales training sessions, and company events as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of Skyline Auto Group Ltd.
