Job Types: Temporary to Permanent
Work Location: NE Calgary, Transit Accessible
Pay Rate: Starting from $23/ hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8hr shifts); Schedule will be a rotation of day and afternoon/night shifts
What You’ll Do:
1. Maintaining CHEP - enter/update the online account.
2. Planning inbound and outbound loads and coordinate drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.
3. Monitor schedules and adjust to keep operations running like clockwork.
4. Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members to resolve issues quickly.
5. Audit, track shipments and keep accurate records.
6. Support logistics planning to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 1-year experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation.
2. Solution-focused team players that can work well under pressure.
3. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
4. Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication – both with drivers on the road and customers on the phone.
6. Tech-savvy with dispatch/logistics systems.
