Part-Time Commercial Plaza Custodianrequired for one of the largest property management companies located in Durham Region.
Every Saturday and Sunday from 6 Am to approximately 3 PM
Availability to cover day time, evenings and weekends for sick and vacation would be an asset
You will be responsible for keeping plaza clean, changing sidewalk bins and rear compactors, liaising with tenants and contractors, snow removal on sidewalks, and monthly inspection reports.
Must have the use of a vehivle and drivers licence while working to travel between sites
