· Strategic inventory management to achieve sales targets
· Conduct commercial analysis and lead the execution of actions needed
· Effective team planning & organization to complete commercial actions
· Ensure effective product replenishment
· Oversee the merchandising, image and furniture to ensure standards
· Promote top customer experience standards
· Ensure the loss prevention policy and procedures are respected
· Develop, acknowledge and provide constructive feedback for the evolution of teams
· Responsible of compliance with regulations on occupational risk prevention, and health and safety at work.
