CHAIRS FOR RENT! We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing and welcoming environment for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. This role involves performing manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments while maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring comfort and professionalism.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating a relaxing atmosphere.
- Educate clients on nail care maintenance and recommend suitable products for ongoing care.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Valid state cosmetology or esthetician license with certification to perform nail services.
- Experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for upselling products and services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
