We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a polished retail environment, loves fine jewellery, and is excited to help clients bring their vision to life.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store consultations and assist clients with jewellery inquiries and purchases
- Provide professional and timely customer service via email correspondence
- Assist with packing and preparing orders for pickup and shipping
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and studio
- Support day-to-day studio organization and general upkeep
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Experience in fine jewellery, luxury retail, or the jewellery industry is considered an asset and will be reflected in compensation
- Comfortable maintaining a polished, semi-formal/chic professional appearance
Hours & Schedule:
This position is for a minimum of 30 hours a week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours per week after training is complete. Required working hours are Wednesday to Friday from 10:15am-6:15pm, and Saturday from 10:15am-4:15pm.
