- CPA designation.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller or senior finance leadership.
- IFRS reporting or conversion experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics or ERP implementation experience.
- Healthcare, physician practice, or multi-site industry experience preferred.
- Build and improve finance processes and reporting.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Manage complex revenue recognition, physician compensation, and intercompany transactions.
- Lead and mentor small finance teams with a hands-on approach.
- Communicate effectively with corporate and operational stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
