We are currently seeking passionate, caring, and dedicated Early Childhood Educators (ECEs) to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate, and meaningful learning experiences;
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development;
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment;
- Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development;
- Build positive relationships with children and families;
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality early learning programs;
- Follow all licensing regulations, policies, and centre procedures.
Job Type
- Full-time position: 35–37.5 hours per week
Salary
- Starting from $30.00 per hour (including BC ECE Wage Enhancement)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate;
- Valid First Aid Certification;
- Clear Criminal Record Check;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Passion for working with young children.
Assets
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting;
- Knowledge of inquiry-based learning approaches;
- Familiarity with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is an asset.
