We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our clients team in the Burlington area as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their needs are met. The potential candidate must also have call center and sales background.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Responsible for customer follow up for a minimum of 3 calls and 1 Email per customer
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient computer/keyboarding skills are essential with experience using MS Office.
- Experience in sales or upselling is an asset
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Previous experience with Sage Intacct
