Overview
Boothwrks Inc. is a landscape construction company specializing in high-quality outdoor builds and restoration projects. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting a range of landscape and construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will bring physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Duties
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Support site preparation, demolition, clean-up, and restoration tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project.
- Work collaboratively with the crew to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to job site efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape or construction work is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools and job site protocols preferred.
- A commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
