Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Growth Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about expanding brand presence across social platforms, leveraging SEO strategies, and creating engaging visual content. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving online engagement, increasing followers, and enhancing overall digital visibility through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights. Experience in e-commerce, graphic design, and digital marketing tools is highly valued to support our brand’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Help create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Support the growth of our social media pages with real, engaged followers
- Create reels, short-form videos, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, carousels, stories, and product-focused content
- Help plan weekly and monthly content calendars
- Turn our products, projects, ideas, and brand story into engaging content
- Write captions, hooks, video titles, descriptions, and calls-to-action
- Help create content that drives people to our ecommerce store and supports sales
- Support product launches, promotions, campaigns, and brand awareness
- Track content performance and help identify what is working
- Bring new content ideas, trends, collaborations, influencer opportunities, and UGC ideas
- Repurpose content across different platforms in the right format
Required Experience
- Experience growing a social media page
- Must be able to show proof of growth, such as analytics, screenshots, page links, case studies, or before-and-after results
- Experience creating content that improves reach, engagement, traffic, leads, or sales
- Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and short-form video
- Experience creating content for a business, personal brand, ecommerce brand, product-based company, or service-based company
- Good visual taste
- Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, LinkedIn posts, video titles, and calls-to-action
- Interest in architecture, design, interiors, lifestyle, ecommerce, or visual branding is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently, follow direction, bring ideas, and improve based on results

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
