We are looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to join our growing pediatric dental practice. This leadership role is ideal for someone with experience in office management, HR, scheduling, and marketing who enjoys building a positive team culture and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day office operations
- Recruit, onboard, and support team members
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Coordinate HR processes and employee development
- Oversee marketing initiatives, social media, and community outreach
- Support patient experience and maintain efficient clinic flow
- Monitor office performance and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience (dental preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multi-provider schedules.
- Experience with HR, scheduling, and marketing + an understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing, patient retention, and reputation management.
- Proficiency with Dentrix & MaxAssist
- Positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
