We are seeking a highly organized, detail orientated, energetic, 'fun-to-work' with individual to fill the role of 'Sales & Service Coordinator'.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently supporting 8-10 outside sales representatives by learning the needs of their individual accounts, and curating client-specific notes to retain and maintain customer satisfaction. This includes creating and maintaining detailed order records and managing future/forecasted orders so that materials are available and orders are passed on to the appropriate team for successful completion.
You will work closely with both the Customer Service teams and Operations teams in both Edmonton & Calgary with effective inter-departmental communication to ensure the flow of clients orders are a success, tracking progress of the orders and ensuring timely delivery.
As this role supports both our Edmonton and Calgary facilities, some travel between the facilities is required from time to time for in-person client meetings, new client onboarding as well as after-hour networking events with our sales professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. This role requires an individual to successfully pivot from task to task without dropping a beat.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM /ERP software (PipeDrive & Sage-300) is a must.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- An active interest in learning technical product details, including taking industry-related courses for accreditation.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a high-paced, similar role with escalating responsibilities; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
