JOB DESCRIPTION:
Base Salary: CAD $20 – $23 Per hour (Based on experience)

The Quebec division of IR Supplies Canada is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse shipper/receiver to join our Vaudreuil-Dorion office. This role will strengthen our dynamic Quebec team and support recent business growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who enjoys taking on responsibilities and thinking creatively to solve problems.
OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition of goods, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and arrange transportation when required.
- Ensure inventory is properly organized, labeled, and stored within the warehouse.
- Update inventory and shipping information in the company’s ERP or inventory management system.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and product availability.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty shipments when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support other logistics and operational tasks as required.
- Provide backup support for service laboratory activities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in inventory tracking and order preparation.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling shipping and receiving tasks.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory or ERP systems.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude when working with internal teams.
- Ability to lift and move packages when required and maintain an organized workspace.
- Previous experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is considered an asse.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating a forklift is considered an asset.
