About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Administrator to join our team. This is a hands-on position where our chosen candidate will be responsible for traffic and measurable web events. In addition, the chosen candidate will also manage digital marketing campaigns, maintain website content, coordinate advertising, and support administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced publishing and digital media environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Drive website traffic and inquiries in co-ordination with our contracted SEO provider and website coding team.
- Track traffic, events and inquiry counts from social media marketing.
- Data work within our website dashboard focused on organic SEO.
- Coordinate Digital Display Ads, programmatic ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager and other software.
- Manage Google Analytics and monthly reporting for campaigns, advertisers, and internal stakeholders.
- Create, schedule, and analyze email campaigns and e-newsletters (Mailchimp).
- Write and update website content, blog posts, SEO, and GEO targeting to improve search visibility.
- Support dealer website management and update digital listings after each publication deadline.
- Track, test, and optimize campaigns (A/B testing, heatmapping, subject lines, CTA adjustments).
Marketing Coordination
-Co-ordinate promotional materials in collaboration with the design team.
- Schedule monthly deadline reminders and coordinate with the sales team.
- Provide office back-up for featured listings, classic features, and cover promotions for website and social media.
- Support tradeshow planning (bookings, travel, promotional material prep).
Administration & Support
- Answer phones, assist customers, and provide daily website support.
- Proof monthly print publication and assist with production workflow.
- Provide backup for circulation, renewals, and mailing lists.
- Update phone system voicemail, prepare shipments/mailouts.
- Maintain accurate records of advertising, listings, and dealer information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing/Communications.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising coordination, or related field.
- Data driven mindset
- Proficient with AI tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, content writing, and digital ad management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- In Office Position Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30
- Must have a reliable vehicle (limited transit near office).
