We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our caring and collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values meaningful relationships, cultural diversity, bilingual learning, and the unique potential of every child.
What You’ll Do
- Create and implement engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Foster children’s emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development through nurturing guidance and responsive care
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators to support a strong sense of community and belonging
- Support an inclusive classroom environment that respects individual differences, diverse abilities, and cultural backgrounds
- Observe and document children’s learning and development using clear communication and organizational skills
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment
- Incorporate inclusive and supportive strategies for children with additional needs or disabilities
- Use technology and digital tools for documentation, communication, and curriculum planning
- Contribute positively to a collaborative team culture rooted in kindness, respect, and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification
- Previous experience working in early childhood education or childcare settings preferred
- Experience supporting children with diverse needs and abilities is considered an asset
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly valued
- Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and digital platforms for planning and documentation
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating meaningful learning experiences

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
