The UPS Store in Laval is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, and general store support in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Process domestic and international shipments accurately
- Provide support for printing, scanning, packaging, and mailbox services
- Answer customer questions regarding shipping options, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash payments
- Keep the store organized and professional
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual English and French preferred
- Comfortable working in a retail/customer service environment
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or shipping experience is an asset
Job Details
One full-time position mainly weekdays shifts mainly within 9AM-7PM
One part-time position, mainly weekday evening and weekend shifts
On-site positions only in Laval, Quebec
