Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries regarding housekeeping services.
Experience
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
