POSITION OVERVIEW
As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations of the restaurant while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team performance. You will work closely with ownership, kitchen leadership, and team members to maintain operational standards and support the continued growth of the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficient and professional service
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, bussers, and support staff
- Foster a positive team culture focused on hospitality and accountability
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly address guest concerns when they arise
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure accurate and timely food service
- Monitor and maintain food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during all shifts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Monitor labour costs and support overall operational efficiency
- Assist with inventory control and ordering of front-of-house supplies
- Support local marketing, community engagement, and guest relationship initiatives when required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant scheduling is an asset
- Breakfast or casual dining experience is an asset
