Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hard-working Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership lot by maintaining vehicle organization, cleanliness, and presentation. This position also includes vehicle cleaning and detailing, as well as taking high-quality photos for online listings. Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service are essential.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Perform vehicle cleaning and detailing to ensure all inventory is presentable and retail-ready.
- Take clear, accurate, and consistent photos of vehicles for online listings and marketing purposes.
- Assist customers with locating their vehicles and provide information about available inventory.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.
- Manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the lot, ensuring efficient operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, maintaining accountability for cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff to maintain a positive and professional dealership environment.
Skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Strong cash handling abilities to manage transactions efficiently.
- Proven experience in guest services or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain high standards in vehicle presentation and photography.
- Physically capable of working outdoors and performing hands-on tasks including cleaning and vehicle movement.
