GENERAL SUMMARY:
At Moxy, social spaces and vibrant F&B experiences are our signature. As F&B Supervisor, you’ll ensure every moment in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces feels effortless, upbeat, and totally Moxy. You’ll coach the crew, hype up the Moxy spirit, and keep the fun (and the flavor) flowing, day and night.
WHO ARE YOU:
Experience
- Hands on experience in food & beverage-hotel or upscaled dining is your playground
- Strong grip on restaurant and bar operations; you know your way around a drinks list and a POS system
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Smart Serve certified and ready to lead by example
Preferred Extras:
- Flexible with shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Marriott GXP and POS savvy
- Bilingual (English/French) is a big plus
- Quick on your feet, naturally friendly, wired for customer service
- Team motivator and detail guru
Physical Requirements:
- Move, hustle, and stay positive through long shifts-standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and being in the action
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead with Energy:
- Own the F&B vibe on every shift-greet guests, solve problems, keep service and presentation on point
- Support team members with warmth, efficiency, and a “let’s make it happen” spirit
- Supervise and mentor the crew, making everyone feel part of something bigger
- Familiar with Marriott brand GSS, BSA and GXP
Keep it Flowing:
- Oversee restaurant, bar, and in-room service-cocktails, coffee, and food, always top notch
- Manage inventory: bar/alcohol, plates, cutlery, and restock-all dialed in
- Make sure every drink and bite meets Moxy’s playful standards and all local laws
Events & Banquets:
- Jump in on events-assist on set-up, tear down and smooth execution
- Collaborate with the kitchen and sales for seamless group experiences
Safety & Quality:
- Safety first: uphold health, sanitation, and company policies always
- Promote sustainable, waste-smart operations
- Follow company standards, policies and procedures
Crew and Collaboration:
- Bring positive energy to guests and crew
- Join daily crew huddles, share ideas, and keep the momentum up
- Work closely with the F&B Manager, culinary crew, and across departments for hotel-wide success.
